All rents are for 6 hours except train room. Each Additional Hour $50

Add Train Room to any rental for $50/must have an Engineer

Rent Free for public agencies, school field trips, and non-profits with approval from Depot Commission

Alcoholic beverages are allowed with approval from Wallace Town Council, WPD Officer must be present at the event. (renter negotiates with WPD)

Tennant is responsible for set-up, clean up, and return to as was condition

Child’s ages (0-12) Birthday party pricing at $200.00 is available any day except Sunday

Caboose, Boxcar, and Postal Car (upon completion) are included in pricing

Commission may approve rate adjustments to accommodate special events

Garden Railroad must have a qualified operator
